Our last day in Destin

Of course, it has flown by! But--we've had such a wonderful time! I'm so amazed at how much Tilly has liked the beach, that Eric didn't burn, and that my swimsuits still fit after how much wonderful food we have had this week.

Thursday was our fourth wedding anniversary. Mandy and Josh watched Tilly while we went to one of my favorite Destin restaurants-The Louisiana Lagniappe. Oh yum. Of course, Eric agreed it was good! Here are some pictures from our last day..

Believe it or not, Til & Noah are fighting over a toy! (Perhaps the anthem of our trip! ;) )

Tilly loved looking for fish...

The kids really enjoyed this plastic pool. For the first few days, we would walk back and forth (and back and forth) from the ocean with very tiny buckets to fill it up. Then, Josh got really smart and started filling up a really large beach bag with fresh water which only took one or two trips from the condo. And wouldn't you know on the last day that someone told us we could have used a water hose on the beach . Oh well!
Eric said that we could have just put a plastic pool in our back yard and the kids wouldn't have known any different. Sad thing is--he's probably right. (Hate it when that happens!)

We are home now, but we had the BEST time. Tilly already misses Noah. She has asked "where's the water?" and "where's Noah?" since we've been home. I already miss the beach, but it's always good to be home. Especially after a LONG drive with a 19 month old!

Thanks Josh and Mandy for a wonderful trip!

I love the family pictures! What a beautiful family. Teach your child to say, "KOHEN!" They can hang out in December :) Miss you guys!

We missed you guys at the lake but it looks like you guys weren't missing us to bad. You look absolutely gorgeous in your pictures, as always. Can't wait to see you guys and glad you made it back safely.

Noah misses Tilly too! I hope you're coming to playgroup tomorrow, they can reunite at the pool and they'll probably think we're back in Destin!
